An elderly passenger on board an El Al flight from Ben-Gurion International Airport to New York City died. According to reports, resuscitation was attempted by the medical professionals on board the flight but the victim was pronounced eventually pronounced dead.
El Al officials expressed sorrow over the incident, adding everything was done to save her life. The family in New York was notified of the petira and they will be on hand to meet the plane.
